SaaS Communication Is the Only Way to Business
SaaS for Retails and Shops
.NET, MS SQL, and ReactJS were used to create this B2B SaaS platform. This system connects shop purchasers (customers) with call center sales representatives or agents who serve shops. As a communication tool, it connects a buyer with a sales representative, allowing agents to advise customers on various items and provide them with information or other assistance. We can measure KPIs, quality, and provide management full dashboards because all communication takes place on one platform.
Our goal is to expand it and add all of the client’s requested features. We have established a working relationship with the core business team. We construct the MVP using agile and scrum techniques, and while the core team is selling it, we continue to work on other features to extend the SaaS and provide more functionality.
